@sin Yeah, well, we humans are just nature, but what we create through the idioms a lot of us live by as a whole is not, largely. But that is a whole different can of worms involving greed and economic theory, inequality, all of these diseased factors. But the individual in it's physical form? It just is. Even modifying your looks and form is some form of individualism and self-expression when seen in a cosmetic sense.

And I would also disagree with the fact that medicine is unnatural. Sure, we have advanced it a lot, but we are not the only species to tend to wounds or illnesses with the help of external ingredients
