food-, ph-, weight And it's really not a "I think I weigh too much" thing. I WANT to weigh more! I want a tummy and boobs and hips! You don't get those without gaining weight and eating meals. It's just... ADHD and what still remains of my depression, which, together, keep me from being able to take care of my bodily needs. I also tend to hold in my pee until I really can't anymore, for example, and for once, that's not a kink thing (/gen, /lh), but I think a part of the same problem.
