That reminds me of the fact that I recently found out that a lot of forms for the german Sparkasse are still not very GDPR conform. Like the following form which is used to arrange an appointment with the local Sparkasse only has the the possible options of "Sir" and "Madam".

Sparkasse Form "Online-Terminvereinbarung", which errors the field "Salutation" when not picking any option and also doesnt offer a neutral option.
