I don't edit myself in any photos btw, ever (whether posted here or shared personally). Only thing I edit about them at all is redacting any PII and sometimes very basic overall adjustments using the sliders in the photos app.
Keep in mind tho, that posing and lighting does a lot. (and cherry picking too of course)
