tbh someone needs to write a “if your company can trivially afford to not rely on my unpaid labour then you can’t use this” open source hardware license
@mirabilos@ErinRose It depends on one's definition of "Open Source". Neither of those you cite is technically authoritative, and the whole "let's call it free/libre instead" movement exists precisely because one popular interpretation of "open source" is just what it says, the source is open.
