how to perfectly re-heat a dürüm/wrap 🌯 1. put in microwave for a few minutes to heat it up inside
2. put in (convection) oven for another few minutes to make it not soggy anymore (or even crispy if you like)

done, perfectly re-heated dürüm, good as new :3
Also works with other food of course

how to perfectly re-heat a dürüm/wrap 🌯 @fugi the problem we always face with this is that the lettuce and kraut get hot in the microwave because they contain a lot of water. not quite the good-as-new dürüm experience
