Grandparents, Acceptance, Coming Out +++
I came out to my two 80 years old Grandparents as trans, who both grew up in small communities in Eastern Germany.There were no arguments, no disbelief, no "But are you sure", no "But this is so difficulz for us", just the most beautiful reactions one could wish for.
My grandfather basically told me, that this is my choice, my body and the only thing that matters, is that I am happier. Then he tried to immidiately use my new name. My grandmas immidiate reaction was to critizise my ill fitting shoes and to hug me.
