phanpy catch up is reaaally cool, but sadly kinda useless to me since the only two options are "last 12 hours" (or less) and "everything the server lets it fetch", which is more than a week for me and takes ages, with nothing in between.
Edit: I put a custom version with a few patches (longer catch up timespan options, additional filters for posts which you boosted or favorited) on my server, no guarantees for anything but feel free to use it if you find it handy. phanpy.fugi.dev
