Am just a bit worried what happens, when technical difficulties happen.

You might arrive before you departed, you might arrive a few years late, despite only hours passing for you, you might have a few too many eyes on your hands when you get to your location...

I would include loss of sanity in the side effects, but DB is already capable of that.
