My tips:
1. Create airflow through your home during the night, when air is cooler (fansss!!!)

2. Add reflective film to south facing windows, shut shutters and curtains during the day.

3. Shut windows at 10am at latest to keep the cool air in.

4. Hydrate

5. Don't go straight for a cold shower before bed, start lukewarm and drop the temperature slowly, you'll cool off more.

6. Linen does wonders and is cooler than cotton

7. Wear a cold wet t-shirt at home. Have a cold foot bath.

@jmaris 3) don't keep the windows shut all day though. really humid air is worse than slightly higher temperature, as you can't cool down by evaporating sweat as well
