I feel like nowadays, whenever I stumble upon a cool project I hadn't heard of before, or a pretty artwork, I always have to second guess whether it was actually made with care by sentient creatures, or whether it's just an imitation of true skill and art. I hardly ever watch youtube videos of channels I don't know to be human-made anymore.This genuinely makes me really sad. They have taken that kind of innocent sense of wonder and excitement about novelty I always used to have away from me.
