AI, LLMs, poll about ethical use (boosts welcome)

Is it (morally) acceptable to use LLMs for programming as a assistive tech?
e.g. if you have hand injuries and your fastest input method is STT?

I'm not talking about vibe coding, but translation of natural language to code changes/snippets/commands. The LLM would benefit from agentic capabilities to get context needed to understand the changes / references.

(Besides, Would it count as slop or could it still classify as human input?)

AI, LLMs, poll about ethical use @stellavie How moral it is is not a relevant question in this case (assistive technology) imo. Similarly, whether one should eat meat or not if one has to eat and it's the only thing available.
If there is a choice, sure, it'd be good to pick the most moral option. But next to compensating a (temporary, in this case) disability, or eating at all, it's just not that important imo.
