caffeine @fugi well if u have done it before and are fine with it then sure :3 its just that deliberately halving the daily dosage for the same time also achieves the desired effect but with much less suffering

caffeine @star @fugi soft drinks don't have to declare their caffeine content below a certain limit (15 mg/100 ml iirc, which includes most mainstream colas)

caffeine content in coffee and tea doesn't have to be declared
at all and is extremely variable and there is really no way to accurately know your caffeine dose here short of testing every single cup before drinking it
