Vonovia, AI, Buraucracy So I am currently trying to leave my renting contract with Vonovia.

In the past they had a bad app, with an even worse Menu, but you could find the things you needed.

Now you have "AI". Well I tried over 20 different queuries and it never gave me the form I needed. Which sucks if you have 2 days more to observe the Deadline to not pay a month more rent.

So to observe the deadline I wrote a traditional letter, as these requests have to be in writing.

I got my response today: "Please fill out the form in our App"

Vonovia, AI, Buraucracy @Quz Oh yeah that piece of crapp... a few weeks ago I needed to write something to them, didn't find an email address. App only has that chatbot now and the only way to create a ticket is through that, and praying that it decides to let you. And if it does, it forces a category on you. So I did that, as the only other way was physical mail.

Got called back and reprimanded because I put the damn ticket in the wrong category. ​neocat_floof_explode
