@Quz Oh yeah that piece of crapp... a few weeks ago I needed to write something to them, didn't find an email address. App only has that chatbot now and the only way to create a ticket is through that, and praying that it decides to let you. And if it does, it forces a category on you. So I did that, as the only other way was physical mail.Got called back and reprimanded because I put the damn ticket in the wrong category.
