Unsolicited advice, about missing sun/vitamin d, mh, seasonal depression, depression@star check your vitamin d levels. These play a big part in seasonal depression. And/or check if vitaming d supplements help. Iirc 2000 units or more should be good.
Also consider if getting a sunlamp for the room you are in most is an option
Unsolicited advice, about missing sun/vitamin d, mh, seasonal depression, depression@4censord Thank you! I have been taking 1000-2000 I.E. of Vitamin D3 as supplements for the past 3 months or so, so I should hopefully be good on that end! I also have a sunlamp both on my desk and in my office, which is nice, and I think it helps mildly; I still feel like poop though
Unsolicited advice, about missing sun/vitamin d, mh, seasonal depression, depression@star@4censord I found out I need 5000 IE daily to have high enough levels, might be worth checking if you haven't yet (too much vitamin D is bad though, watch out for that too)
