@hsza sure there is, it lives in nixos-community/nixos-hardware now, and they are working on getting hydra to build everything to get it into the main binary cache. Just would have been nice to do it the other way round.
oof they made NixOS on raspberry pi even more of a giant pain in the ass – by moving the vendored kernel out of nixpkgs, so now you have to compile it yourself on every update. Which takes forever even if you have a fast aarch64 machine on hand for building. 🫠
limiting post visibility to a subset of followers would be such a useful feature to have sometimes. would be pretty cool if iceshrimp.net gets it some day
re: Server-Shenanigans, TLS@Quz I have done both, and I find getting a (wildcard) cert from letsencrypt via DNS challenge (works without being reachable from outside) to be nicer. It's not even misusing it, imo
