The result of today's hyperfocus:
A python script that watches my Iceshrimp.NET notifications for reactions and biting and forwards them to my phone via Pushover. And also watches a specific list and notifies me of new posts, because Iceshrimp.NET can't do post notifications yet.

If anyone finds this useful, feel free to do with it what you want.
It uses the masto api and should not be hard to adapt to other fedi software that implements it, or might even work as is ^^

Appears to be this way because Iceshrimp.NET only implements the websockets variant (which modern clients use), while Mastodon.py uses the HTTP server-sent events endpoints.

Apparently, rawdogging websockets is easier (i.e. works at all) than using Mastodon.py for accessing the streaming API.
