So, does anyone know what SIEMENS and Škoda were cooking when in the ComfortJets they made the WC doors very hard to open (requiring a VERY firm push on the door) and then put a blue button labeled "WC" on the outside of each WC door that just goes "booooop" very loudly but doesn't actually do anything else?

I assume that the button is something for a11y reasons, but these two facts combined mean that 7/10 passengers will not be able to open the door (because they didn't push hard enough), be confused, see the "WC" button, push it a couple times (which boops very audibly inside the whole cabin) and then be even more confused

In short, Škoda and SIEMENS made a toilet with bad UX. Good job! x3

@star the doors to the toilets also often vary in the amount of force necessary, sometimes a firm yet gentle push is enough, and sometimes you need to really push the door to open it

a door handle fixes this

@cuddleworks yes, a door handle would be amazing. either that, or have the WC button assist IN ANY WAY instead of doing nothing x3
