We are getting somewhere with the self-hosting thing

...though at this point I better finish my talk instead of doing this :P

I continued and am now much further with this. I also actually worked a good amount on my talk today, and only continued with this once I was tired of that. :3

Still not quite ready, but at least most of the env variables are documented now and the compose file works somewhat!
