How would you deal inside of a technical community with an individual who ignore instructions, fail to read what is written (or have insufficient reading comprehension skills) and continue to engage into drive-by commentary, from a moderation/management/norm setting PoV?

@raito i guess i would seek to try to align on values with this individual and show them the door if this fails, but that is rather informal and needs to be formalized so it is not a discriminatory tool. alternatively if you are bdfl, yeah just ban for culture fit.
