one of the sillier things in here so far is thatwhile in other games spell casters can’t wear armour because it’s too heavy, because they need a proficiency they don’t have, or because it gives them some kind of mechanical penalty
in The Dark Eye‘s world, it is simply illegal, as in forbidden by law, for a mage to wear armour or carry weapons. lmao
