I am once again asking myself if I'm plural, but my memory problems go beyond what i think would happen if it was someone else fronting, because I just have a shifting window of like a week, rather than having some parts of my memory missing but being able to remember stuff I did a month ago or something like that

i think until you see yourselves cofronting and enable that you can't really know if you're plural or not. i don't see it as soley a thing we are but somewhere a bit murkier: if i think through a plural lens i become more plural for a time.

we never had strong memory barriers as much as "trust me bro you dont wanna know whats behind this door". and going beyond that was about trusting ourselves to be gentle and kind with the roughened-up parts too neocat_hug_heart

i hope this helps, im happy to answer any questions as someone who's been at this shit for years
