noise complaining look, if you're gonna play music loud enough to hear across the street, then at least play it loud enough that I can actually hear the music, not just the bottom 10% of your subwoofer's frequency spectrum for 5 seconds every minute

re: noise complaining @mei less a bass drop every minute, and more that they're playing hardcore tracks with very inconsistent sound mixing
