re: huurwoningsearchposting@mei I would 100% expect that to be a fake number FWIW, or some Technically Not False thing like "how many people have interacted with this listing on the site in some way", this looks a lot like the "20 people have this in their art and there's only 5 left" pressure tactics from some shops
