holy hell pfand should not exist

- it's tax on products, you cannot reasonably get it back: the machines randomly reject bottles that I bought at that store, out of multiple identical bottles

- the machines are dirty, if I need to reach in to take a rejected bottle out my hand is going to be in the top 10 dirtiest things

@tthbaltazar living and being in various parts of germany for 23 years i have never once gotten my whole entire arm dirty in a pfand machine. my hand, sure, but how do you do that to your arm

the machines I've encountered just stop and you have to reach in

they don't even push it back out or anything

@tthbaltazar It's only called "Pfand" if it is from the region of Germany. Otherwise, it is just a sparkling bottle deposit
