If a person was a "silentcore" artist, where all their songs are completely silent, generated using a python script that makes .wav files that are all zeros for that specified length, are they a musician? They have no prior musical training, and only make/listen to silentcore.

@butchrobot I mean, I guess it depends on the intent. If there's artistic intent behind that to make some kind of message, sure.
