A friend who has no contact with birth parents since they were a baby is considering getting a DNA test to find out about family medical history, any notable warning signs, etc. Are there any (uk accessible) companies for stuff like this that are not a COMPLETE shitshow in all the usual ways? Has anyone looked into this or done this before? Can anyone recommend anywhere please? etc Boosts appreciated please. Thanks.
