LPCAMM2 is a really awesome thing in every regard, HOWEVER COMMA since it is a full 128 bit interface, laptop manufacturers only need one slot for the full bandwidth, which is one of the reasons for why usually, you only get one slot of it, unlike with SO-DIMMs, of which you usually have 2 (or more) slots. This means the upgrade path is worse, because you cannot add the same stick of RAM again and have double the capacity, but instead, you need to replace that one singular stick entirely. I guess you can reclaim some of that by selling the old RAM, but it's still a worse upgrade path. Other than that, though, it's an amazing technology and I like a lot that manufacturers increasingly begin to adopt it!
