what was the substance use tracking app thingy that every1 i know uses called? the one w/ the little graphs that show how long effects last and stuff

i dont have capacity rn to dm any1 directly asking abt it, but i think i should should start tracking and stuff esp cuz im slowly becoming an alcoholic
