question for anyone who has moved a project from github to codeberg or another forge: how do you deal with the overlapping issue numbers in the commit history if issues restart from ?

wouldn’t it be nice if you could tell codeberg “please start issues in this new repo from , the first 9000 or so were on another forge”?

@shuppy if using the project importer it should import issues as well and not having overlapping id
