i can see that, if this is to change, it'll need a LOT of effort...

I am genuinly tempted, main issue is that I already have two big social project I barely keep running.
So taking on a big project like helping make a whole orga more excellent to itself is currently not in the cards for me, also there is a person in the space I feel deeply uncomfortable with. (Not their fault, just a strong dislike from my end)
