the background is a japanese-style cityscape. in the foreground there is a two-storey building with a square footprint which appears to contain a small store on the ground floor and living quarters on the first. a girl with a backpack is buying something from a vending machine that is built into the wall. on the first floor a girl with a witch hat is standing on the balcony and staring at the distance. also on the first floor, around the corner, a cloud of ghost kitties is exiting the building through an open balcony door. on the ground floor we have more ghost kitties: one is loafing on one of the awnings, one is sitting in the store entrance, and one is stretching on the pavement in front of it.
