This is also a reason behind why I am posting so many of my nudes publicly. If a potential employer would find them and disqualify me based on the existence of this media, then so be it. I am not going to bend myself to fit the system and its arbitrary rules and expectations any longer in ways that do not make sense to me. That has been the single source of unhappiness for me throughout my entire life, and I am done with it. If there are consequences, then so be it.

Talking about nudity and shame

I think that realistically, nudity and/or presenting oneself nude and/or lewdly should not have any shame associated with it from a societal perspective. Our bodies, shells, chassis, are the most natural things on this planet. No one should shame you for showing your most natural qualities and features of the shell you happen to possess. That is just dumb, stupid, regressive and overall not a productive concept.

Individual shame, however, is a whole different thing. If you in particular feel ashamed about your physical form, then that is an absolutely valid emotion, and not at all part of what I am trying to express here. You are always valid, and no one has a right to claim otherwise, ever.

@ielenia Bonus: If you think that you are deficient, then at the start of your eternal daily Vitamin D routine, you can take 4-7x the daily recommended dose for about a week, before returning to 1x after. Your body stores a lot of Vitamin D in the liver, and doing that can help fill a low storage before supplying it with daily doses after that

@ielenia You likely do not have enough; I am very sure that taking 100% of the daily recommended dose through Vitamin D supplements should not be able to hurt you in any way. I for example have been doing that for a year now and my levels are good! :> Just don't overdo it. :3
