@stellavie that's not the point here 😅 and h265 can definitely be much smaller (factor 2-5x) for e.g. entertainment media at 1080p at the same quality (to my eyes).

App only has that chatbot now and the only way to create a ticket is through that, and praying that it decides to let you. And if it does, it forces a category on you. So I did that, as the only other way was physical mail.
Got called back and reprimanded because I put the damn ticket in the wrong category.
